Chair

• Host board meetings and LUA leader meetings

• Write the weekly newsletter

• Be point of contact for group leaders and external partners

Vice Chair

• Deputize for Chair

• Compliance to maintain 501c3 nonprofit status

  • Annual filings in May: SI-100, RRF-1, 990-N, 199N

• Fulfill legal roles of secretary and treasurer

Creative

• Design new group logos

• Design LUA merch

• Oversee visuals of website and social media accounts

Social Media

• Post content and engages with followers on social media accounts:

  • X/Twitter: 3,000 followers

  • Bsky: 3,000 followers

  •  IG: 2,000 followers

  • FB: 1,500 in group

  • TikTok: 1,000 followers

  • LinkedIn: 500 followers

Merch

• Explore merch suppliers

• Co-ordinate merch launches

• Ensure merch is shipped and delivered

Events

• Plan and execute national meetup

• Support regional meetups and other events
